Who We Are

We are an independent Christian Church celebrating our 50th year of giving glory to God. Originating as a home church in the basement of Wayne and Betty Palmer in 1958, Sunnyview has been a church home to nearly a thousand different people during its 50 years.

We have always strived to be a New Testament church that operated independent of any human hierarchy. With common slogans such as: "Not the only Christians, but Christians only"; "No creed but Christ"; "In Essentials unity, in non-essentials charity, but in all things love".

Tracing our roots from the Restoration Movement, we proudly proclaim the life, death, and ressurection of Jesus Christ. We believe that He is the way, the truth, and the life, and that salvation is found under no other name in heaven.
